B. Data processing when using our website

  1. Scope and purpose of data processing

When accessing our website, we collect and process the following user data:

  • IP address of the requesting end device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the accessed files (Internet pages)
  • website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and the operating system of the accessing end device
  • Name of the user’s access provider

This data is stored in a so-called log file on the web server.
The data collected when accessing our website is stored and processed in order to enable delivery of the website to the user’s computer.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing a functional website (Art 6 Abs 1 lit f DSGVO).

  1. Recipients

As part of the maintenance of our website, the data collected when accessing our website and stored in the log file can be viewed by our web administrator. Beyond that, this data is not passed on to third parties.

  1. Duration of storage

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, but no later than seven days after it was collected.

C. Contact form and e-mail contact

  1. Scope and purpose of data processing

A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. These data are:

  • Subject of the message
  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Text of the message

Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored.

The processing of this personal data serves us solely to process the contact.

  1. Legal basis

Insofar as the contact with us is made with regard to a business initiation, the permissibility of the processing is based on Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO (“processing for contractual or pre-contractual purposes). Otherwise, the processing of personal data carried out in the context of contacting us is based on our legitimate interest in being able to respond to inquiries and communications accordingly (Art 6 Abs 1 lit f DSGVO).

  1. Recipients

The data processed by us in the context of the user contacting us via contact form or e-mail will not be passed on to third parties.

  1. Duration of storage

The data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail are deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. This is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is terminated when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified, but no later than 6 months after the last piece of correspondence has remained unanswered.

D. Data subject rights

The user has the right for information according to Art 15 DSGVO and the right to correct his personal data according to Art 16 DSGVO. In addition, he may request deletion of the data, provided that a reason for deletion specified in Art 17 Abs 3  DSGVO exists and there is no justification pursuant to Art 17 Abs 3 DSGVO for refusing deletion. If the relevant requirements pursuant to Art 18 DSGVO are met, the user may also request the restriction of processing. With regard to data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, the user has the right to object (Art 21 DSGVO). In addition, in accordance with Art 20 DSGVO, he has the right to demand that those data which were collected from him for contractual purposes (Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO) and are processed automatically are provided to him on a data carrier in a common file format or are transmitted to a third party named by him (right to “data portability”).

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates applicable data protection law, you are free to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
